Team Lead – Sales Performance Management

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee the daily performance, productivity, and development of outbound sales representatives. This role is responsible for monitoring team activity, driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring the consistent execution of outbound sales strategies.

What You'll Do

  • 1Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives.
  • 2Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team huddles.
  • 3Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance improvement guidance.
  • 4Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
  • 5Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and development of new team members.
  • 6Recognize top performers and address performance gaps through coaching and action plans.
  • 7Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and results.
  • 8Track key performance indicators including call volume, conversion rates, sales, revenue, productivity, and quality scores.
  • 9Ensure team members meet or exceed established sales goals.
  • 10Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • 11Review outbound calls, CRM activity, and customer interactions for quality and compliance.
  • 12Ensure adherence to sales processes, scripts, and customer experience standards.
  • 13Partner with leadership to implement sales strategies and process improvements.
  • 14Prepare and submit performance reports and business updates.
  • 15Assist with scheduling, workforce planning, and workload management.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience required.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPI management, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).

  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in telecommunications, BPO, call center, or customer acquisition environments.
  • Ability to professionally handle conflict resolution and employee development conversations.
