As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Systems Administrator to own and optimize our technology ecosystem.

We are seeking a highly skilled and solutions-oriented Systems Administrator to lead the administration, integration, and optimization of Summit Growth Group's sales technology stack. This role will be responsible for managing our telephony systems, CRM integrations, user access, hardware inventory, reporting platforms, and operational technology infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a business mindset and understands how technology can improve productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.

What You'll Do

  • 1Serve as the primary administrator for Five9 and other telephony platforms.
  • 2Manage system configurations, call flows, routing strategies, user profiles, permissions, and reporting.
  • 3Administer and maintain workforce technology systems and supporting applications.
  • 4Ensure system reliability, uptime, performance, and scalability.
  • 5Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting users or client operations.
  • 6Lead integrations between Summit Growth Group systems and client CRM platforms.
  • 7Design, implement, and maintain data flows between telephony, CRM, reporting, and workforce management systems.
  • 8Support API integrations and third-party software connections.
  • 9Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and implement solutions.
  • 10Manage company hardware inventory including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and technology assets.
  • 11Maintain user access management across company systems.
  • 12Support VPN, security protocols, authentication tools, and remote workforce technologies.
  • 13Develop dashboards and operational reporting tools as needed.
  • 14Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • 15Document technical processes, configurations, and system workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of systems administration experience.
  • Experience administering telephony platforms such as Five9, NICE, Genesys, or similar technologies.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or comparable systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience managing user access, security permissions, and remote workforce technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).

Nice to Have

  • Five9 Administration experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting BPO, contact center, or sales organizations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, VPN management, and identity management solutions.
  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking.
  • Basic understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Five9, Microsoft).
