We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily performance of inbound/outbound sales representatives, driving revenue growth, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and ensuring the successful execution of client acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams, managing inbound/outbound sales campaigns, and leveraging data to improve productivity and results.

What You'll Do

  • 1Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives.
  • 2Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs and sales goals.
  • 3Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • 4Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • 5Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and scheduling.
  • 6Effectively manage inbound call conversion and value-added services.
  • 7Oversee outbound sales campaigns from implementation through execution.
  • 8Ensure proper utilization of dialing platforms, lead strategies, and sales processes.
  • 9Develop strategies to improve conversion rates, productivity, and revenue performance.
  • 10Monitor campaign metrics including call volume, contact rates, sales conversions, revenue, and quality scores.
  • 11Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • 12Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews.
  • 13Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • 14Partner with senior leadership to develop sales strategies and operational plans.
  • 15Drive innovation in outbound sales processes and campaign management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales operations and campaign management.
  • Experience managing performance metrics, KPIs, and sales reporting.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, dialer systems, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead remote teams effectively in a performance-based environment.
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).

Nice to Have

  • Proven success leading high-performing inbound sales teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale outbound sales campaigns.
  • Strong background in revenue operations and performance management.
  • Telecommunications, BPO, or customer acquisition experience.
  • Five9 cloud dialer experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience interpreting sales data.
