We are seeking highly motivated Outbound Sales Account Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will proactively engage prospective customers through outbound calling campaigns, identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales. You will leverage advanced dialing technology and proven sales processes to drive revenue growth for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • 1Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using automated dialing systems.
  • 2Build rapport quickly and establish credibility with potential customers.
  • 3Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • 4Present products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • 5Overcome objections and confidently guide customers through the sales process.
  • 6Close sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • 7Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems.
  • 8Meet or exceed sales, conversion, productivity, and revenue goals.
  • 9Follow established sales processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
  • 10Participate in coaching sessions, training programs, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • 11Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and sales strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior sales experience required — we hire for attitude, coachability, and drive.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable engaging customers over the phone throughout the day.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a customer-facing role.
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo).
